SNACKs in 12,500 Żabka stores. How the project that made it into one of Poland’s largest convenience store chains came about

On 1 June 2026, the SNACKy brand officially launched in the Żabka chain. The products are now available in over 12,500 shops across Poland and on the Żabka JUSH app, reaching thousands of consumers every day.

This is a project we are particularly proud of.

From the initial discussions and conceptual work, through product development, coordination of the roll-out process and preparation for retail sale, we had the pleasure of helping to create the SNACKy brand together with LipCo Foods and ReZigiusz.

The result of this collaboration is a modern brand of protein snacks, which, from its very first day on the market, has been stocked by one of Europe’s largest convenience store chains.

From concept to shop shelf

Launching a product into a nationwide retail chain is a process that requires a combination of many different skills. In addition to the product itself, the following factors, amongst others, are of key importance:

  • brand concept development,
  • formulation,
  • preparation of packaging,
  • production planning,
  • logistics,
  • coordination of network roll-out.

In the case of SNACKy, all these elements had to be brought together into a single, coherent design, culminating in the product being available in thousands of retail outlets simultaneously.

Pharma Dot is not just about dietary supplements

Although Pharma Dot is primarily associated with the contract manufacturing of dietary supplements, we also undertake projects that go beyond this sector.

We are increasingly supporting our partners in developing innovative food products, functional snacks and concepts tailored to the modern retail sector.

The SNACKy project is a prime example of how experience gained in the supplements sector can also be effectively applied to the development of FMCG products aimed at a wide audience.

The Power of Collaboration

The success of such projects is no accident. It is the result of a combination of manufacturing expertise, knowledge of the food market and the communication skills of modern online creators.

That is precisely why the collaboration between Pharma Dot, LipCo Foods and ReZigiusz has resulted in a project that has achieved nationwide distribution right from the start.

This is just the beginning

The launch in the Żabka chain marks an important stage in the development of the SNACKy brand, but it is also the start of further initiatives. The brand will be expanded to include new products, new flavours and further projects aimed at consumers looking for convenient, modern snacks.
