    • Handling inquiries via contact form

  1. Login areas and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission level (SSL certificate). This means that personal data and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is currently the standard practice for storing user passwords securely.
  3. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backup copies.
  4. A key element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which specifically includes routine updates of programming components.

3. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data Is Used

  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you or to comply with legal obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • Authorized employees and contractors who use the data to fulfill the purpose of the website.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary for performing the related operations specified in separate regulations (e.g. accounting laws). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
